Can I personalize a product with a specific design?
 

One of The Paintrist's main purpose is to deliver customer satisfaction, therefore we love to personalize products according to our clients' needs. If you'd like to personalize any of our products get in touch with us to place your order.

 
Are all the products hand painted?
 

All our products are carefully hand painted just for you with much love. And we are also excited to say that some of the products found in our catalog are also hand made to the very finest detail.

 

How do I track my order?
 

Once you complete your purchase and have provided us your e-mail, we will start working on your order and send an e-mail all your tracking information. This way you will be able to track your order until you receive your special product.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we deliver internationally.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. The Paintrist is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but if you encounter any problems with our items please make sure to contact us so that we can make it up for you.
